May Monthly Club Meeting

WHEN

29th May - This is an earlier start of 6.30pm due to the POT LUCK, bring a dish with you and we share the food before the meeting

Bar will be open at 6.30pm for social catch up while tucking into the pot luck food served up

Meeting and AGM starts at 7.30pm. 

WHERE

Arrowtown Bowling Club, 6 Hertford St, Arrowtown (next to the Arrowtown Fire station) 

THEME OF MEETING

1. Bring a dish - kitchen opens at 6pm
2. Bring your antlers, horns and tusks along to enter the competition
3. Prizes are drawn from attendance, every time you sign the book at the meeting, you go in the draw for prizes. Must be present to win
4. Vote in the new committee
